Background

I am a psychologist, and I currently work as head of the Occupational Stress Unit at the Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine, Lödz, Poland :



-Researcher in the field of work and health psychology. My scientific interests are focused on health effects of occupational stress (chronic and acute/traumatic), stress prevention, violence at work and its consequences for well-being, ageing and work ability.



-Trainer in applied psychology : communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation, time management, leadership skills.



-Psychotherapist and counsellor.



My hobbies are : climbing, dancing, modern French philosophy and theatre.
