Background

I am an associated professor at Kaunas University of Technology, Economics and Management Faculty, Management Department and I hold a doctorate in social science (management and administration).



I am involved in teaching, project management guidance in enterprises, consulting, training and development of enterprises management personnel , performance of scientific research projects.



My main fields of research are cross-cultural business values, organizations co-operation and cultural integration.
